Cabinteely F.C. is an amateur association football club based in south County Dublin, Ireland comprising adult and a large number of youth under-age teams for both males and females, 54 teams in all. The senior men's adult team is currently playing in the Leinster Senior League LSL Sunday Premier League for 2010–2011 and the Saturday Premier league. The club takes its name from the area of south Co. Dublin known as Cabinteely. The club is close to both Seapoint Rugby FC and Foxrock GAA Club.
The club, which currently boasts 840 members, was formed in 1967 and has teams from what are called cubs at pre-U7 level, right up to senior adult teams. The teams, which participate at every under-age level from U8 to U18 plus adult, take part in several league and cup competitions such as those run by DDSL, SDFL, DWSL, and LSL on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
The club also run a Mini World Cup fun competition which caters for many under-age levels and caters for all-comers. This is very popular and can have up to 1,000 participants.
The club hosts the Manchester United Soccer School training camps which are run by official Manchester United coaches and which cater for several under-age levels. The club also hosts Football Association of Ireland soccer camps.
Cabinteely F.C.'s home pitches are located in Kilbogget Park, in south Co. Dublin. The club's home strip is white shirts with green trim, green shorts and green socks.
